My work as a Mortgage Loan Originator began in 1997. In 1992 I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a finance major and accounting minor. In 1993 I completed my financial series 7, 27, & 63 licenses aligning myself to help families meet their long-term retirement and short-term investment goals.
I moved to real estate in 1997 with the vision of how real estate investment is a critical part of a family's financial health. My goal continues to be to assist individuals with realizing their dream of home ownership and creating a sustainable financial foundation. I designed Intelligent Investments, Inc. in 2000 through the creation of a portfolio of options that provide the lowest available interest rates and a suite of products that best represent my client’s unique needs.
